MALTHOUSE, AND RESIDENCE

To be LET, with early possession, for a Term of 7, 14, or 21 years, a well-arranged STEAM BREWERY, MALTHOUSE, with a desirable RESIDENCE, and productive Gardens, all closely adjoining, situate at CALSTOCK. The Plant, including the Steam-engine, is on the most approved construction; the Premises are well adapted, an have an abundant supply of Water from the Tap, thereby avoiding the necessity of pumping. The taker will be required to take the Plant Utensils-in-Trade at a Valuation. A Wine and Spirit Business could with advantage be added, if desired. The Brewery is now in full work, and is offered solely in consequence of the ill-health of the present proprietor. - For particulars apply to SKARDON & SONS, General Agents, Plymouth.
