THE PLYMOUTH & CORNISH ADVERTISER, 17 December 1892
RURAL SANITARY AUTHORITY. - At the monthly meeting of this body Mr
Kelly, one of the overseers, and Mr Wakem, the assistant-overseer
for Calstock, appeared before the Authority with reference to the
latter having commenced to collect a special sanitary rate without a
precept from the Authority for that purpose. A discussion took place
as to the matter, and it was eventually decided that Mr Wakem should
repay the money collected. Several other matters were discussed.
