A. Pomeroy v A. Prest. - Both parties belong to Calstock. This was an action brought for the recovery of part of a debt which had been contracted whilst the parties were in partnership and since paid by the plaintiff after the partnership had dissolved. Mr. W. W. Mathews appeared for the plaintiff, and explained that the two parties recently traded at Calstock as fruit growers, but in 1891 dissolved. The claims was for a bill owing to Messrs. Perry, Spear and Co.
